There’s a new online community headed our way and it’s what the loc’d community needs!

For the past few years, there’s been an ongoing trend with mainstream media’s perpetuation of negative and stereotypical images of people with locs. It’s become clear that this problem causes more division in the black communities, among other things. My frustration has helped propel my drive to start a movement!

It’s about time society recognizes locs as not a burden but a symbol of cultural pride and a beautiful representation of self-love!

Imagine an online community dedicated to getting rid of the stigma that comes with locs.

Imagine being a part of an online community with like-minded folks that are all about displaying the TRUE reflection of the loc’d culture!
That’s what Dear Locs is all about!
It’s Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, and Instagram rolled up into one perfect website, so you’ll have more sociable options, including starting your own forum discussion.

You’ll also have your own blog space, interact with other members, promote your business or art (as long as they both gear to uplifting), and so much more!

Dear Locs makes its online debut THIS Sunday, May 1st! Mark your calendars to sign up for your FREE membership!

In the meantime, like the Facebook page!
PS: YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE LOCS TO JOIN
