That is the message from young gun Kylian Mbappe who fired the capital club to the verge of the Champions League quarterfinals as PSG beat Manchester United 2-0 on Tuesday.

Following the full-time whistle, the Norwegian said it was up to Sanchez himself to figure out how to regain the kind of scintillating form that convinced United to pay him £391,000 a week.

The game itself was an even contest for most of the first half, though PSG took control in the second as United struggled to adapt after losing Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard to injury.

Signed for a then-British record fee in 2014 and sold after one poor season, he helped Thomas Tuchel's side go ahead as Kimpembe turned home his exceptional corner delivery in the 53rd minute.

Solskjaer conceded United, who managed only one shot on target in a tame display, had fallen short of the quality required against top sides like the French champions.

"There is a reason for them being one of the favourites for the Champions League".

"I'm very happy. It's always unsafe with him, with corners, and of course a superb assist for the second goal in the open position and with a flawless pass for Kylian".

Edinson Cavani injured ahead of clash with Manchester United
Verratti played nearly an hour before being substituted by Leandro Paredes. Speaking after the game, PSG coach, Tuchel told reporters: "Not good news.

"Of course Neymar is hugely important and Cavani is fundamental to us, but football is played on the pitch and we showed that today".

United did hold their own in the first half of a frenetic match but PSG dealt with what they had to offer. "That's the level we want to get to". As Di Maria sent in a cross, Mbappe darted between center backs Eric Bailly and Victor Lindelof and clipped the ball under goalkeeper David de Gea for his 23rd goal of the season.

"You can see that we've not played games at this level for a while and we'll have to learn from this experience", said Solskjaer.

United now have a mountain to climb in a heavyweight last-16 encounter, but may need the South American forward to aid their cause during a return date in France with others nursing injuries.

"I don't think Manchester United have any chance in Paris", added Neville.

In a major statement of intent from PSG, they became the first French team to beat United away from home in European competition.
