Though Robinson noted that Lopez has credibility "growing up in her Hispanic neighborhood", he said debating whether or not she's even qualified to sing Motown music is missing the point of Motown music. In an interview with Variety at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party on Saturday, Robinson defended the decision asserting that Motown's music is for everybody.

Before Jennifer revealed it all, she sat down with Ellen to talk all things parties. Admonishing people to "stop hating", he said the critics should "get your perspective together and think about the hate you're spreading". You can't tell people what they can and can't do, what they should sing or not sing. "Who's stupid enough to protest Jennifer Lopez doing anything for Motown?".

For example, if you ask me - a mid-20's white dude from New York City - I'd say I rather enjoyed Jennifer Lopez's Motown tribute.

"J. Lo better not salsa her way to the cookout because she is uninvited for that awful performance. @RecordingAcad y'all couldn't find BLACK women to do this MOTOWN tribute?!"

"Grammy failed on the Motown tribute #GRAMMYs".

The Chief Minister condemned BJP leaders complaint that the government obstructed people from attending the Guntur public meeting. Modi said and asked if the Chief Minister had lived by it. "He keeps reminding me he is senior".

Later in the game, Lopez also shares that she sleeps in a T-shirt, while A-Rod opts for underwear at night. Though she has been performing regularly in Las Vegas with her "All I Have" residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, this will be her first tour since 2012. "My birthday is in July so this summer I decided I want to do something big for my birthday since it is a big birthday".

When the Grammys announced that tonight's show would include a tribute to the music of Motown, it was fitting.

She added that Motown producer Berry Gordy and producers of the 61st annual show, were "thrilled" about her involvement.

Motown's reputation for diversity and inclusion is a source of pride for the musician he explains, so the discussion surrounding Jennifer's performance is upsetting. If not J Lo, who would you have liked to see take the stage?
