"I don't think Kim Foxx should be giving any legitimacy to reality TV allegations", Stephen Greenberg said in a statement to the Chicago Sun-Times.

The Fulton County, Georgia, district attorney would not comment on the reports of an investigation into Kelly.

Greenberg confirmed neither he nor R. Kelly watched the "Surviving R. Kelly" docu-series on Lifetime.

The case was referred to a local prosecutor, and a judge issued a warrant for Mason's arrest in July previous year. Now, James Mason is in big trouble because according to CNN, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

In 2008, a Cook County jury found Kelly not guilty on 14 counts of child pornography charges.

Kelly won a Grammy in 1997 for "I Believe I Can Fly", and is known for such raunchy hits as "Bump N' Grind" and "Ignition".
