The Oakland Raiders have acquired a first-round selection in the 2019 NFL Draft via a trade with the Dallas Cowboys, the club announced Monday. The Raiders are continuing to stockpile top picks in preparation for their move to Las Vegas. And Cowboys receivers haven't made many big plays in their first season without Bryant and retired tight end Jason Witten, the club leader in catches.

Cooper was the fourth overall draft pick by the Raiders out of Alabama three years ago.

The deal makes sense for the Raiders, as they now sit at 1-5 on the season and Cooper has been mediocre at best. "Chucky" had already traded away the team's best player in Khalil Mack, an elite pass rusher in his prime, hurting the team's chances of winning in the short-term, but giving them a plethora of premium picks with which to rebuild the team in Gruden's image. Cooper has just 22 catches for 280 yards and one TD in six games. Since joining the club, Cooper has tallied 225 receptions for 3,183 yards (14.1 avg.) and 19 touchdowns. After all, the Raiders find themselves playing from behind a fair amount and this should equate to even more looks for Nelson.

Saudi official provides yet another version of Khashoggi's death
The official said Saudi statements had changed because of "false information reported internally at the time". Turkish officials suspect Khashoggi was killed inside the consulate by the Saudi agents and his body cut up.

Cameron Magruder took to Twitter and posted a parody video, reacting to the trade while illustrating the other options Dallas could've went with at receiver, as well as past mistakes.

The Cowboys made the playoffs once in two-plus seasons with Williams, in 2009, when they won the franchise's first postseason game since the last of five Super Bowl victories following the 1995 season.
