The video filmed by another beachgoer on Saturday shows two officers trying to subdue Weinman, with one officer hitting her on the head. Weinman later told The Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News she was spitting out sand that got into her mouth when she was face-down on the beach, and was not spitting at an officer.

After Weinman is put into a police vehicle, an officer recounts the arrest to other officers at the scene, including her refusal to identify herself.

The bodycam video reveals tensions escalating between officers and Emily Weinman, 20, after she took a breathalyser test that she appeared to pass. In a since-deleted Facebook post, Weinman admitted to having beer on her but claimed that she wasn't drinking.

The footage then shows Weinman backing away from the officer, before he tosses her to the ground by her hair.

Weinman was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The officers involved in her arrest have been reassigned to administrative duty while the investigation is ongoing.

Weinman also appears to spit at an officer as she is being led away toward a police vehicle. "She passed a Breathalyzer, she wasn't drinking, and you know, they just wouldn't let it go". "I'm not choking you", the officer responds. The camera was reactivated during the struggle with the woman seen in the third video.

"From what I see on the video and only on the video, from not even talking to the officers, I think they did a decent job", Regalbuto said.

The police video of the confrontation on Wildwood's beach over Memorial Day weekend also shows the woman calling officers "dirtball" and "trash". "He told me he's arresting me and started coming towards me to put handcuffs on me", she wrote online. "I didn't take a drink of anything", she can be heard saying in the video. Emily says she was with her aunt, her boyfriend and 18 month old daughter.

The officer asked Weinman for her name, which she refused to give, according to the post. She tried kicking at us, so I slammed her on the ground. Weinman screams more and tells him: "You're not allowed to hit me like that and choke me".

"He says it's an overreaction to the situation and an excessive use of force". "I didn't do anything wrong". I tried grabbing at her. After an officer asks for her last name, she becomes angry, telling him, "I didn't do anything to get written up, did I?" Troiano told Philly.com Tuesday that they were Class II officers hired for the summer season.
