An episode count for Gotham Season 5 has not yet been determined, but it's possible this upcoming season could consist of only 13 episodes as opposed to the traditional 22. Lucifer would make a ideal addition to the new service, as would Gotham, should showrunners look to continue the story beyond season 5.

Gotham season 5 will be the show's last.

Gotham now has 86 episodes under its belt, and the season 4 finale will make it 87. Indeed, syndication can be a lucrative venture, and no doubt Warner Bros.
